The interview process
Our interview process varies from region to region, but below you can find what a general interview process at WalkMe looks like
Recruiter interview
The initial phone interview with a Recruiter from our Talent team gives you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself and your skill sets. You'll also have the chance to ask more detailed questions about the role(s) you applied for and how WalkMe aligns with your career goals.
Manager interview
Depending on the role you're applying for, you'll have the opportunity to speak with a hiring manager either in-person or video conference. In this interview, you will be asked more in-depth questions and behavioral questions to showcase what you can bring to the team. You'll receive information on topics such as what the day to day looks like, expectations for the role and what the team is looking for in candidates.
Assessment
Depending on the role you are applying for, the next step will require you to complete an assessment. This can take place after the recruiter interview or after the manager interview.
Onsite (or remote) interview
Following the initial interviews and assessment you will have the opportunity to be invited onsite to interview with your potential team. Here you will get a first hand feel to what life is like at WalkMe!
Reference check and offer
Congratulations! You have made it to the final stage. At this time, we will begin checking your references. Once your experience and references are confirmed your recruiter will walk you through the offer/contract. If you have any questions your recruiter will be your main point of contact throughout this stage.
